E ai Blz!!!
É o seguinte se vc quer alterar esse unico detalhe, no themeroller, apesar de vc não gostar, lhe dar a opção para editar qualquer tema, basta clicar na aba Galley procurar o tema cupertino, abaixo tem um botão Edit, clique e edite o tema: configurar na aba Highlight --> Border.

o problema que estou tendo é que, o que define a borda do dia selecionado na calendario é o estilo ui-state-active.
so que ele é INHERITED e se eu altero… altero no sistema INTERIO
eu nao sei como alterar somente no dia selecionado. Não entendo muito bem esse esquema de herança no CSS
